Director of Operations
Doug has 35 years of experience in Operations with a strong background in New Product Introductions and high-volume manufacturing. Prior to Sielo, he spent 7 years at Danaher Corporation working for Hach Company in Loveland, Colorado building high precision water analyzing equipment. At Hach he managed Assembly and Test, Fabrication, Plastics, and PCBA departments. Earlier in his career, he spent 22 years at StorageTek in Louisville, Colorado building and leading production teams before being asked to lead the Advanced Manufacturing team.
The project that was the most rewarding was the expansion of our building. We had the chance to keep the business running while expanding our building. There had to be cooperation between all groups through the 3 phases of the move. Watching how this team worked through that transition, I knew we had the right team moving forward.
I get the opportunity to work with a professional group of employees that are working together to make Sielo successful. We work together to come up with solutions to meet every customers needs.
