Mike is an experienced Operations and Supply Chain leader dedicated to designing and implementing highly efficient value chains in the US and Asia. Using his “Lean” Operations background, Mike builds strong, agile teams and strategic relationships to transform complex designs into reliable revenue with stringent cost, quality and delivery objectives. Mike has multiplied the impact of his teams by leveraging external assets and expertise to accelerate time-to-market and production ramps in LED lighting, renewable energy, photonics and disk drive industries including Iomega Zip drives and Picolight optical transceivers. Mike received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University.
